​We will contact you a few days in advance to arrange a specific collection slot between 2:30pm and 5pm. For everyone's benefit, please be there on time as we will have other pre-arranged time slots that need to be adhered to.

We will also include a link to a short video demonstrating how everything works, so please take 10 minutes to view the video in advance. This will save time on pickup.

Please allow up to 1 hour for your pickup to double check that all the documentation is in order and to allow time for an explanation of any extra items booked and any other questions you may have. 

Final collections are strictly at 5:30pm. If you cannot get to us by then, please get in contact to arrange collection the following day. Out of Hours collections can be arranged subject to staff availability at an extra charge of £30. Please provide a minimum of 3 days notice.
 
Please remember to bring all of the required documentation including proof of address and driving license for each and every driver (if you have not been able to provide suitable copies electronically in advance).

You will collect your campervan from the Old Hunstanton Social Club Car Park at 36 Old Hunstanton Road, Old Hunstanton, Norfolk. Post Code is PE36 6HS.
Free Parking for 1 vehicle is available at this location.
From Hunstanton direction, turn right just before the Village Shop/Post Office. There is a gravel drive that leads to the end of a little lane and we are in the car park (Look for the little Retro Caravan!).

This is the entrance off the A149 (in between the Old Hunstanton Social Club and the Village Shop/Post Office) to a little gravel track. Follow the track approximately 25 meters down to the car park. Look out for the little Retro Caravan and we'll be there!
