Select the Check Availability and Book button in red at the top of the website.
Select the DATES button. Choose your dates, remember to start on a Mon/Fri and end on Mon/Fri. Press APPLY.
Choose a campervan that shows it is available for those dates, the dates will be confirmed below the campervan.
Add in personal details. Press NEXT.
You have 10mins to complete the full booking before you are timed out.
Select your ideal pick up time between 2-5pm (this will be confirmed a few days before collection). Drop off is 10am.
Answer multiple choice questions.
Choose any extras that you would like. These can also be added to booking later if required. Please call us.
The next page will show that you have Retro Campers Norfolk Insurance included in the booking. Press NEXT
Add card details, country and address details.
Choose to pay deposit of £150 or full amount. If the booking is less than 45 days away the full amount will be due.
Add any DISCOUNT CODES at this point and press APPLY.
The system will display the Cancellation Terms.
Please tick the box for the security deposit to be taken from the same card or untick and add other card details if you do not wish to use the same card for the security deposit.
Tick and confirm that you have read the Terms of Service and that you're happy for the card to be used for any further purchases - i.e. extras if you add them on.
Save and Continue.
Confirmation of the deposit/full payment might be required via your banking method (ie App or Text).
Once payment is made, the booking is confirmed and you will receive an immediate email confirmation.

What you will need to do next: 1. You will receive an email from Philippa a few days after the booking is made - this will include 3 attachments:
Terms and Conditions (which you will already have read and agreed to).
Hire Endorsement Form (this will only need fill out at the collection it is for reference only at the moment).
List of what is required from each driver for insurance (these will only be require 2-3 weeks before collection):
a) Check Code for your Driving License/DVLA Record (The check code is only valid for 21 days so only forward it 2 weeks prior to your hire date). b) Drivers License Photo ID Card, which is IN DATE and is also to be presented by each driver at collection of the van. c) Two documents to confirm residential address that matches your driving licence with in 90days of your collection date.
2. The Balance of Full Payment is to be paid 6 weeks (45 days) prior to the commencement of the hire period. This will be taken from the same debit/credit card used to pay the deposit, unless otherwise requested.
3. Three weeks prior to your collection date, we will send an email reminding you to send in the Check Code, the Drivers Licence ID and the documents required as proof of address. 4 Finally, a refundable £500 Security Deposit is due 1 day prior to the commencement of the hire period. This deposit will be returned within 7 days if all criteria are met upon return of the vehicle and any extra items hired during the hire period.
