What does the price include? 
  • UNLIMITED MILEAGE WITHIN A 60-MILE RADIUS OF KING'S LYNN  - OUR OPERATING AREA.
  • FULLY COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE FOR ONE DRIVER, ADDITIONAL DRIVER £10 PER DAY.
  • 24 HOUR NATIONWIDE BREAKDOWN COVER.
  • FREE PARKING FOR UP TO 2 CARS PER BOOKING AT COLLECTION ADDRESS. CUSTOMERS PARKING THEIR CAR ON THE PREMISES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNERS OF THE PREMISES WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED.

Can we travel outside of THE 60-MILE RADIUS OF KING'S LYNN?
These classic campers are not designed for long journeys and motorways. They have a top speed of around 50mph, which will naturally limit how many miles you can cover in a day. For this reason they are not allowed to travel beyond a 60-mile radius of Kings Lynn (see the Home Page for a map of our operating area), and our breakdown cover will only operate within this area. Any unauthorised journeys beyond this area will incur the loss of your security deposit. Please allow plenty of time when planning your route, and do not book a long distance trip without prior discussion with us, and if permission is granted we will provide confirmation in writing. 
We would like to attend a festival within Norfolk/Suffolk, which is longer than your normal rental period – can we hire a camper for a day or two longer?
Yes, subject to availability and an extra charge, we will try to work around your needs. Please email or call us to discuss and we will consider your request.
*Please Note – we do not allow awnings for festivals, however we do allow the hire of a separate tent for an extra charge. 
Before booking, can we come and see the campervans?
​Not a problem, you can come see us and decide which camper you think would suit you best, just contact us to arrange a time.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS? ​
Collection is between 2pm - 5pm Monday/Friday and Return is 10am Monday/Friday. Other alternatives may be possible for an extra charge, please call Philippa on 07918 910835 to discuss.

​WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
You need less than you think so pack lightly! ​All you need to bring is your bedding, towels, food, clothing and a sense of adventure!  See our What to Pack section for more information. We can provide additional extras such as champagne and strawberries, or picnic hampers, just contact us!  Anything is possible.
ARE THE CAMPERS EASY TO DRIVE?
The classic T2's are nearly 50 years old, so they do drive differently compared to modern vehicles, but you will get the hang of it very quickly. Upon collection, we will give you guidance on the unique driving characteristics of these great classic campervans. If you prefer, you can take the campervan out for a short accompanied drive, but we are confident that you will pick it up very quickly, just as we did. We would also recommend you watch our short video instruction on driving a classic campervan.  
DOES THE INSURANCE COVER OUR BELONGINGS?
​No, the insurance provided only covers the vehicle.  We suggest taking out some holiday or travel insurance to cover your belongings on your holiday, or to cover any cancellation beyond your/our control.
ARE ALL THE CAMPERS NON-SMOKING?
​Yes, they are all strictly non- smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking, you may lose all or part of your security deposit.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG/Pet?
aWe are pet friendly and allow one well-behaved dog to holiday in our campers, or one other house-trained pet. To keep our interiors looking pristine we ask that you bring along a dog bed (or pet cage) and blanket, and to make sure that your dog/pet isn't left alone in the campervan at any time. We charge £30 per pet per hire, which covers an extra special clean for the Camper after the hire. If you bring a pet other than dog, you must please bring a pet cage. 
​​DO WE NEED TO RETURN THE CAMPERVAN WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL? And where are the nearest petrol stations?
Yes! Upon collection, your campervan will have a full tank of E5 petrol and you must return it full at the end of your holiday. The classic campervans MUST strictly be filled-up with SUPER UNLEADED PETROL (E5). There will be an extra charge of £25 plus the fuel charge, deducted from your deposit if we need to re-fuel. There are several petrol stations on different routes returning to our base at Marshland Farm, PE34 4HZ but Shell Petrol Filling Station in Kings Lynn is the closest no matter which direction you are coming from.

Alternatives if SHELL is closed, you could try the TESCO's or SAINSBURY's In King's Lynn, just off the Hardwick Roundabout.
