​We will contact you a few days in advance to arrange a specific collection time between 2pm and 5pm Monday & Friday. For everyone's benefit, please be there on time to avoid penalty, as we will have other pre-arranged collection time slots that need to be adhered to.

The pre-arrival information will also include a link to a short video demonstrating how everything works, so please take 10 minutes to view the video in advance. This will save time on collection.

Please allow up to 1 hour for your collection, this allows time for an introduction of the van, explanation of any extra items booked and for completion of the paperwork. 

The latest collection is strictly at 5pm. If you cannot get to us by then, please contact us to arrange an alternative mutually convenient collection day/time. In this case, it is regarded as an "Out of Hours Collection" and is subject to an extra charge of £30. Please provide a minimum of 3 days notice where possible.
 
Please remember to bring all of the required documentation if you have not been able to provide suitable copies electronically in advance. All drivers must be present on collection and they must each present their driving licence, otherwise they will not be able to drive.

Terrington St Clement, Norfolk. PE34 4HZ.
Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available at this location.
(Look out for the Retro Campers Signage and probably a camper or two!)
